Hi!

I've been a lifelong reader and a Star Wars fan for as long as I can remember. In 2019, I started writing down everything I'd read and watched each month, just to keep track. What surprised me was how much I found in looking back: how a line from a novel or a scene from a show would resurface in my own life months later, often when I least expected it. Reflecting on stories turned out to be almost as meaningful as experiencing them.This site is where I do that reflecting out loud.Star Wars is my home base. I love it across every era and every medium. But the things I love about Star Wars are the same things I love about great storytelling everywhere: the way it captures what it means to be human, to find connection, to face impossible odds and keep going. So you'll also find me here writing about science fiction, fantasy, space exploration, and whatever else I'm currently reading or watching.

What you'll find here:

• Monthly roundups of everything I've read and watched — with actual thoughts, not just a list

• Star Wars commentary and analysis, written by someone who loves all of it

• Occasional longer pieces on books, shows, and the stories that stick

Why "Reading, Watching, Etc."?
The name comes from that monthly habit — looking back at everything I've consumed and asking what it meant. The "Etc." is intentional: stories have a way of connecting to everything else, and I try to follow those threads wherever they go.
